During the procurement process, our consultants will do the following:

 

• We conduct an initial interview to determine the complexities of your energy needs and any preliminary contractual requirements.

 

• We analyze your business electricity and/or gas invoices to determine your rate class, usage history and load profiles.

 

• We organize a tender on your behalf and submit to several qualified energy suppliers

 

• We examine all offers and further negotiate any contract details.

 

• Our in-house experts review the supplier contracts for your best interest and provide you with a summary of all offers comparing spend per annum to help you make a well informed decision.

 

• We monitor the transaction to ensure a seamless switch in your suppliers (if you stay with your incumbent, we will make sure the new contract is applied correctly).

 

• We remain on call as your energy consultant for any energy related queries and maintain a relationship with you throughout the course of your contract.

 

• We continue to track the market on your behalf through the life of your contract in order to look for the next best entry point into the market to enable the most cost efficient renewal process.
